因工作需要，廣東以色列理工學院(GTIIT)籌備辦公室現向社會公開招聘建筑工程監理(GTIIT現場代表)一名，熱誠歡迎應聘。

一、應聘的基本條件

1.遵紀守法，誠實可靠，作風正派，工作態度積極主動、認真負責，能吃苦耐勞，具有團結協作精神和奉獻精神；

2.全日制普高本科、碩士研究生，建筑工程或建筑設計專業、海外留學碩士畢業生、有科研實驗室工程監理工作經驗和海外工作經歷；

3. 熟悉建筑裝飾新材料、新技術、新工藝、掌握施工工藝，能熟練操作相關設計軟件；

4.有較強的中英文表達(含口語和寫作)能力，能勝任英語環境下的工作；

5.有八年以上建筑工程監理和現場指導工作經驗(必要條件)。

二、崗位職責

1.負責GTIIT校區建設項目的室內外施工現場監理工作，把控設計方案規定的整體效果；

2.負責審核施工圖紙，對項目進行跟蹤和監督，并為施工現場提供技術支持，保障項目順利實施；

3.負責對建筑裝修項目使用的材料進行確認，對專用材料選型進行審定；

4.負責工程質量的評定，工程項目的檢驗，對工程項目質量與進度進行控制、管理和監督。對工程質量的定期檢查、評議和整改監理，定期提交一份用英語撰寫的工程進展情況報告；

5.完成學院領導交辦的其他工作。

Guangdong Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) is looking for a full-time supervising engineer for the campus construction at Shantou, China.

Qualifications:

1) Honest, devoted and collaborative;

2) With Bachelor or Master Degree in Architectural Civil Engineering?or Architectural?Design; Working experience or studies abroad is preferable;

3) Good command in construction technology, novel materials, techniques and technology in architectural ornament;

4) Skillful in applying relevant design software;

5) Proficient?in oral and written English with the ability to work in the English-speaking environment;

6) A minimum of 8?years?working?experience in construction supervision?is?preferable.

Responsibilities:

1)Construction site supervision for indoor and outdoor of the GTIIT campus construction project; Grasp in the overall effect stipulated in the design plan;

2)Review the construction drawings; Track and supervise the project; Provide technical support;

3)Verify the materials for construction and decoration; Examine and approve the selection of special materials;

4)Responsible for quality evaluation and project inspection; Control, manage and supervise the project quality and progress; Submit weekly project progress report in English;

5)Complete other work assigned by the GTIIT leaders.

Remuneration Package:

An attractive salary package and fully furnished accommodation will be offered. The remuneration package will be negotiated relevant to experience and qualifications.
