Neuroscientist - Assistant Professor (Tenure Track)
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is recruiting to fill one basic science tenure-track neuroscientist position at the rank of Assistant Professor. The Department is a growing, dynamic and highly collaborative research group with significant expertise in the areas of stress neurobiology, addiction and reward, and ingestive behavior and metabolism. Long-term responsibilities include establishing a self-sustaining research program, publication in peer-reviewed journals and contribution to the educational and service missions of the Department.
Successful candidates would be expected to have a PhD or equivalent degree and post-doctoral experience, and should employ state-of-the-art approaches that complement existing Departmental research programs. Salary will be commensurate with experience and accompanied by an excellent benefits package.
